Not For Profit Sector

We have a long history of working with our Not For Profit clients to help them better deliver services to the communities they support.

Queensland Police Service

The Queensland Police Service engaged us, as an independent market research consultant, to conduct an online Community Experience survey in 2022 and 2023. Following on from that online Community Experience Survey, a follow up project is now underway called the Queensland Community Call for Service Journey Insights. The Queensland Community Call for Service Journey Insights is designed to seek the views and experiences of individuals or businesses who have contacted the QPS, so that they can understand your experience of their service delivery and make improvements directly based on your feedback.

As a local independent agency, we share the desire to support the Queensland Police Service to make Queensland the safest state in Australia. Through this research, we share a common goal in the aim to improve the service experience for all Queenslanders.

Our current and recent clients operate in a number of diverse industries including Government, Financial Services, Not for Profit, Transport & Travel, Infrastructure, Education, Leisure & Entertainment, Utilities, Building & Construction, Retail and Business Services.
